Birthday Parties

Experience fun in the gym led by our energetic coaches! Activities include:

Sonshine Provides:
*Fun and energetic coaches to run activities
*A Sonshine t-shirt for the birthday child ·        
*A party room with two picnic-style tables

You Provide:
*All food including cake, cupcakes, snacks & drinks
*Paper products, utensils and tablecloths of your choice to decorate the tables

We set up and clean up for you!
‍All parties are allotted 1 hour on the gym floor and 40 minutes in the party room.

Cost – $275

‍Birthday Child ages 5+
Includes 15 Children

*Parties include 15 children. Party MAX is 20 children (this count includes the birthday child). Each child over the count of 15 is an additional $15 per child. These numbers have been set to ensure the maximum party experience and safety of the children.

 *Guests can be ages 3+.

*Party times are booked every 30 minutes starting at 2:00pm. All parties are held on Saturdays. Please see our Events Calendar for available times.

*Parties may be held for more than 1 birthday child for an additional $50.

POLICIES
*The full amount is due upon reserving your party day and time. **Parties with more than 15 children will be charged $15 per child the day of the party (20 children MAX) **
*All parties are non-refundable.
*Guests must be signed in by parent/guardian upon arrival to participate in the gym’s activities. If your child is carpooling with another family, please download and sign our Party Participation Waiver.
*Children are only allowed on the gym floor when accompanied by a Coach.

PARTY DETAILS
*Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time so that you may greet your guests as they arrive.
*Each party has a maximum of 2 adults allowed on the gym floor at one time. Any adult MUST sign the parent waiver and receive a wristband before entering the gym floor.
*Pictures and videos may be recorded from the cubby observation area.

*Each guest will have their own partitioned party room. When the time comes (approximately 15 minutes before your gym time is over), we will help move your items into the party room and decorate for you. We will also clean-up for you when the party is over.
